Consultancy Services for Vetting of Design & Drawings and Detailed Supervision for the Scheme “Construction of 75 Nos. Deputy Secretary Flats at Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi (3-Blocks with Ground + 9 Storeys & 1-Block with Ground + 11 Storeys Building)” (Civil, Electrical, Plumbing & Mechanical).
Vetting of Design & Drawings including Electrical and Plumbing with Detailed Supervision During the Execution of the Project.
How to Apply:
- Duly filled Technical and Financial Proposal and attached with relevant certificates must be delivered to the address mentioned below at or before 02:00 PM. on 05-05-2023.
- Initially, only the envelope marked as “Technical Proposal shall be opened on the same day at 02:30 PM. in the presence of representatives of participating firms who may wish to be present.
- Applications with required documents attached will be evaluated, and firms scoring 75% or higher will be considered for financial participation.
